Villa Humbourg is an ancient Tuscan landowner’s villa, whose architectural development is directly linked with the engaging history of Tuscany itself.

The apartments Mirtillo and Albicocca have been elegantly restored according to the Tuscan aristocratic tradition of ancient floors, of marble effect walls and of high ceilings with wooden painted beams. They are located at the first floor of the villa, with access through the main stairs from the front door.

The villa's owners live on the ground floor and are on hand to answer our guests’ questions, and to provide any information Languages spoken: Italian, English, French, German, Spanish and Czech.

Breakfast is served from seven thirty to ten o´clock in the apartment living room, according to the guest wishes and choices.

Whilst the apartments have no own kitchen, they offer nevertheless all that is necessary for a cold meal, or for a meal using the microwave oven at our guests’ disposal

A large classic Italian garden with outdoor furniture and a wonderful sunset is at disposal.

Nearby supermarkets: two in Certaldo (7 km), Barberino (7 km), Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (9 km) two in Poggibonsi (11 km).

Bed linen and towels are on hand and are changed weekly. Apartments are cleaned once a week

We do not ask for a breakage/ damage deposit, but ask our guests to voluntarily tell us if damage does occur.

Local tourist taxes are not included in the quoted prices. These are set at 1 Euro per adult per night for up to a maximum of 6 nights ( a maximum of 6 Euros per adult).

Changeover day is usually Saturday, other days may be discussed directly with the owners, likewise check in and checkout hours.

Parking is at disposal within the villa's fenced area.
