Delivery of ordered goods

The ordered goods shall be delivered to the address indicated by the customer in the order.

Villa Humbourg srl sends the goods exclusively by courier. In the event that the goods delivered to the customer are incomplete or have any defects, the costumer should inform the courier and it should be noted on the bill of lading.

The minimum order quantity is 3 bottles.

Packaging

Every of our products are packed with polystyrene and are delivered in a box.

Liability

The seller accepts no liability for a non-delivery or delay in delivery which cause lies beyond the sphere of responsibility of the seller. Only in this cases the seller reserves the right to withdraw partially or entirely from the contract or to suspend temporarily the contract until the complete disposal of hindrances. The customer has the right to reject the goods within 8 days from the delivery day. The place of jurisdiction for any claims arising from the order shall be Florence.
